Troubleshooting
| Some of the photo information is not displayed in the Photo Information window | |

| The photo does not include that information. | Check your digital camera's documentation to see if your camera can record the information you are looking for. |

The file format of the photo data is not Exif format. |
Check your digital camera's documentation to see if the save format is Exif format. |
| The photo date information is different from the actual date the photo was taken. | |

This software receives photo date information from Exif data. If the photo date information cannot be found, it displays the modification date, or the creation date. See your digital camera's documentation to see if your camera can record the photo date to the photo data, and that the data format is Exif. |
| Cannot move on from the Select Photos window | |

In Windows, if there is only a network printer that was added using the Add printer function in Printers and Faxes or Printers, you cannot go from the Select Photos window to another window. Install the printer driver of the printer on the network from the software CD-ROM, not using the Add Printer function. |
